About this apartment rental
Charming and welcoming 100 square meter apartment, tastefully furnished in a typical Tuscan style, surrounded by a large 5000 square meter garden, completely fenced, with an outdoor swimming pool shared with the "Piccolo Paradiso" apartment.
The owner lives on the first floor with an independent entrance.
"A little paradise": so many guests have defined this property for the tall trees and the orchard that guarantee fresh air even on the hottest days, the large lawn where children can run and play in the shade and the large farmyard in front at home.
The house is strategically located for excursions to the cities of art such as Pisa with the Piazza dei Miracoli at 28 kilometers, Lucca with its imposing walls and Volterra, an ancient medieval city at 40 kilometers, Livorno with its Medici port, Florence and also to visit small medieval villages such as Lari or Vicopisano.
For a day at the beach, the beaches of Versilia in the north are easily reachable, such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, or in the south Tirrenia, Castigliocello, Marina di Rosignano, Vada, Marina di Cecina.
In the surrounding wine farms you can taste and buy typical local products such as the excellent wine and the famous extra virgin olive oil.
For relaxation, in addition to the large lawn and the swimming pool in front of the house, there are three spas a few kilometers away: Casciana Terme, Uliveto Terme and S. Giuliano Terme.
A 9-hole Tirrenia Golf. Tennis courts 5 km away.
The washing machine is located outside in the laundry area and is shared with the "Piccolo Paradiso" apartment.

Nous avons passé deux formidables semaines dans ce gîte! Le jardin avec les arbres fruitiers est magnifique (pommiers, poiriers, figuiers, oliviers...); la piscine est idéale avec des jeunes enfants et la vue sur les chevaux est super agréable. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et très sympathiques! Nous avons adoré ce coin de la Toscane et nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour la ville de Lucca!
