Lovely and sophisticated apartment, newly renovated, street level, independent, spacious, in a building of 1600 in a characteristic and quiet street in the heart of Monti district, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Completely thermo-conditioned, it guarantees an optimal temperature both in summer and winter. It is composed of: large living area with double sofa bed (1. 60 m.), Large fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom (bed 1. 60 m.) With large wardrobe and large bathroom with shower head. All the rooms have windows. Wifi. Safety box. The apartment is equipped with: two smart tv (55 "in the living room and 43" in the bedroom), electric kettle, coffee machine with pods and American coffee (but also a classic mocha for those who prefer a coffee with a more homemade taste!), washing machine, dishwasher and led lighting.
Adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the apartment is strategically located close to Via Cavour so it allows you to walk to Termini Station (550 meters), the first railway terminal of the capital, the junction of the subway lines A (to Piazza of Spain and St. Peter's Square), and B (to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus) and major urban bus station in Rome that allow you to reach any point of the city. Moreover, Termini Station is connected to Fiumicino Airport by the non-stop train "Leonardo Express" which takes 32 minutes.
From the apartment you can also walk 10 minutes to the most important archaeological and artistic sites of the city: Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Domus aurea, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's Moses, just to name a few .
Although it is located in the quietest part of the Monti district, it is only a few tens of meters from the area of Piazza Madonna dei Monti, a well-known evening meeting place with its typical restaurants and bars where you can taste the best of Italian food and wine. Linen and towels are included
