About this house rental
With a beautiful view to the south and a beautiful landscaped garden, this charming farmhouse has been completely renovated with quality materials and respect for its authentic style.
The house has a large spacious kitchen of 45 m2 which is divided into two parts: a fitted open kitchen and a dining room. The floors are covered with earthenware tiles. The large salon of 56 m2 with its monumental wood-burning stove has a very high ceiling and a wide, estimated door opens onto a sun terrace with a magnificent view. Downstairs there is another bathroom and a bedroom.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms; 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 separate beds and a children's room with bunk beds and baby cot. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
This authentic farmhouse has of course all the charms of a "country house" but with all modern amenities and comfort. Easy to reach via the autoroute, very peaceful location and only a few minutes from the village with shops for the necessities of life. Aubenas and vals les Bains are around 10 minutes' drive away. A path leads from the house to a private beach on the river.

Grosses und schönes Haus. In sehr ruhiger Lage, etwas entfernt vom Ort mit nur wenigen Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Tolle Aussicht und der richtige Ort zum Entspannen. Haben die Terassen und den Pool genossen. Schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung und nur 15 min zum Supermarkt.
