- Incredible sea view from the large window and the balcony
- Well stocked kitchen appliances and utensils, much better than usual
- Modern interiors, quite stylish
- Very close to the beach
There is a reason in all pictures you don't see the actual building, it's an eyesore. Having said that, being inside the eyesore is the best place to avoid having to look at it.
- Very backward payment system: instead of paying directly from the app or on arrival, an email gets sent to you in German. It contain an attachment and payment needs to be done some days ahead to a bank account, paying a deposit beforehand.
- Double bed is the actual sofa, which needs to be moved back and forth every night
