Make yourself at home in this Northwest Austin duplex - ideal for families, couples, or small groups. It sits on a busier residential street with quick access to MoPac, Far West Blvd, and nearby essentials. HEB, restaurants, coffee shops, and more are just a 2 minute drive. Doss Elementary Park and Lowey Family Playground are a 10-minute walk away, making it great for kids. With a clean, comfortable setup and highly walkable location, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxed Austin stay.
This 1,300 sq ft duplex is spread over two levels and designed for comfortable, easy living. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms along with two full bathrooms. The main floor includes a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, and a living room with a desk and wifi. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. A washer and dryer are located in the garage. Outside, enjoy a small fenced yard and covered patio.

Other things to note
We do have pack & play crib available for guest use, but sheets for it are not provided

The house welcomes children, but it isn’t childproofed
The property is a duplex so guests only have access to the entire side they have booked. The backyards are fenced separately for privacy

This was a perfect place. Exactly as described, the landlord was very easy to contact and his response was always positive. The location is safe and quiet and very easy to get to downtown Austin, the Domain and major roadways. I would suggest staying at this place and have already made plans to stay next year.

This townhouse was perfect for our weekend in Austin. The location made it easy for us to get everywhere in north Austin. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here while waiting for our movers when relocating from out of state. Home was comfortable and clean. We had two young kids with us and it worked well.
