About this villa rental

N. 2 very large rooms 30 square meters each and 1 shared bathroom on the ground floor in a 19th century villa with a large secular garden and parking, directly on the Verona-Brennero state road. The bedrooms are large and spacious with two windows each. Fully furnished with 1 double bed or two single beds. We are happy to accommodate your pelosetti too ......... Bus service to and from Modena-Mirandola 50 meters from the house, the house is 1.5 km away. from the center of the village. In the summer, in the large garden, sun baths served by umbrellas and sunbeds can take place.
The rooms are equipped with TV and free Wifi, large and inviting lounge (as in the photo). Very close there are restaurants pizzerias bars, but if you want you can ask Marco if he makes you a dinner at home. Marco is the owner and on request who arrives in the evening he is available to give you a ride from the station by car to the house. Marco has 50 years of balsamic vinegar batteries so there could be a tasting of balsamic vinegar with Parmesan cheese .............................. .................................................. il proprietario si impegna molto ed è una persona simpatica, ma non più giovanissima;
