Ottima host, Indra é super disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarti. Loft piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort, funzionale ed accessoriato in ogni sua parte. Pulito e in posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona, compresa Annecy.

Letto matrimoniale purtroppo costituito da due letti singoli attaccati e con materasso un po' scomodo. Durante il nostro soggiorno purtroppo non è stata disponibile la connessione WiFi, probabilmente a causa del maltempo dei giorni precedenti (inizio gennaio), Indra ha fatto comunque il possibile per cercare di risolvere il problema.

Tout ! Appartement propre et entretenu. Emplacement et extérieurs de la résidence exceptionnels. Environnement sécurisé. Propriétaires professionnels et de bon conseils.

The location

We were unfortunately not greeted on arrival and were largely left to our own devices. Communication beforehand was somewhat confusing and, in truth, it proved easier to work things out ourselves than to seek clarification. Upon entering the accommodation, we were immediately met with a very unpleasant smell which we initially thought was body odour. It quickly became apparent that the source was the kitchenette bin, which contained a strong stale onion smell. The owner suggested the odour was drifting in from the communal bin storage area outside, but having walked past it several times, it was obvious this was not the case. Whilst there was a noticeable smell outside, it was entirely different and far too distant to affect the room in the way it did. The smell inside hit you the second the accommodation door was opened. We were told the bins outside would be emptied on Monday they were actually emptied on Thursday. We were also informed that the smell was supposedly entering through the Velux window, despite the fact that once we moved the internal bin into the hallway, the smell inside disappeared almost immediately, even with the window still open. Draw your own conclusions from that. The owner also stated she had been in the accommodation earlier that day and could smell “nothing but clinical cleanliness”. I’ll politely leave that there, other than to say her standards appear very different to ours and seemingly to those of other guests in the complex. What particularly irritated me was the suggestion that we place the offending bin outside on the communal walkway ourselves. I’m on holiday, not acting as unpaid housekeeping or refuse management. By this point, the owner seemed somewhat frustrated that we had contacted her regarding both the smell and the WiFi code. Her response was, “I’ll call you the day before you leave to arrange key handover,” which very much came across as “please don’t contact me again.
