The place was quiet and close to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find things.
Some of the windows didn't work and the others were difficult to open. The house is under construction and when we pulled up it looked abandoned and boarded up. After we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised to find a simple and clean place.

The northwest view.
I have never had to deal with the financialization of possibly entering the property an hour early especially in the winter when the night time comes early. I understand it’s the owners option but a $50.00 profit for one hour left me looking elsewhere going forward.
