Das Apartment ist bequem, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Räume haben eine gute Größe, und sind auch sehr gut für eine Reisegruppe geeignet. Keine schlechten Gerüche, alles war sehr sauber, das gilt ebenfalls für die Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Betten und Sofa sind bequem. Die Lage ist zentral, mit nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle, und in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse der quirligen Stadt noch recht ruhig gelegen. Yana hat uns immer rechtzeitig und freundlich mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Beim nächsten Besuch von Valencia, den wir bereits ins Auge gefasst haben, würden wir jederzeit dieses Apartment wieder nehmen.
Das Apartment ist im dritten Stock über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Entsprechende Fitness sollte vorhanden sein.

L'appartamento è molto grande, fornito ti asciugatrice e lavatrice. La cucina ha tutto il necessario e sotto è presente un grande supermercato.
L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore e con scale strettissime. Portare i bagagli è stato faticoso e sfinente.
Nell'annuncio è indicata che è presente l'aria condizionata, ma su un appartamento con tre camere e una zona giorno molto ampia, l'aria è presente SOLO in salotto.
Il caldo riscontrato dentro era paragonabile a quello di un forno, abbiamo acceso l'unico climatizzatore, ma non bastava a rinfrescare nemmeno la zona giorno. La notte, stremati dal caldo, abbiamo spostato il letto in salotto, e con un ventilatore abbiamo cercato di sopperire. Ma sinceramente, andrebbe indicato che le tre camere sono completamente senza aria.
