The property consists of a huge building full of apartments. There are many permanent residents over there. The building was spotless cleaned, those 4 elevators were just perfect and all around were exotic trees making this property a perfect stay. At the entrance into this property is a Lidl, the beach is about 1 km away, but this is the worst part of Carihuela Beach as is full of rocks and mostly dirty. To reach the best beach you have to walk along seaside another 1 km, where the real Carihuela Beach is. Benalmadena port is also very close. The water was cold in july. The best part of this property is that amazing swimming pool, with toilets and sunbeds all around. Everything is surrounded by exotic trees making this place a little paradise. The access to swimming pool is only permited to residents who have a chip attached to their keys. There is a huge private parking at the location. Air conditioning was perfect in both rooms and we took advantage of those two balconies in the evening or early in the morning.
The apartment was a bit outdated in terms of furniture and appliances. No coffee machine or toaster over there and not even a kettle. The small fridge was the worst as barelly kept our food and drinks little cold. No way for cold drinks in that fridge. To have one you have to use the small freezer.

L appartement de monsieur Manuel est tres bien situé, dans une belle résidence au calme ( voisinage super aimable) à proximité de tout ( plage , magasins ) .
Monsieur Manuel est tres à l écoute, il réponds rapidement à nos questions et se montre disponible.
Un grand merci au plaisir d y re-sejourner.
