Location and the availability of kayaks and paddle boards. The dock, lots of games for rainy days
If you are a light sleeper the jack and Jill bedroom and adjoining bathroom can keep you up if everyone is not on the same schedule.

The property is spotless and offered everything we needed to enjoy the lake - kayaks, paddle boards, life vests. Such a perfect location!

We were looking for a reasonably priced two-bedroom place with a pretty view and easy access to Bentonville, Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, and scenic drives. This is it!!! The kitchen was very well equipped, and we used it a lot. There was good internet service and televisions upstairs and down. There were board games and also equipment for use at the dock and on the lake, but we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy them. We had a great time and would happily return.
There needs to be more transparency about the layout of the facility. The kitchen, living/dining area, and a powder room are on the top floor. Good. The two bedrooms (one of which has a view and deck -- the other not as pleasant) are down a long flight of steps and share a full bath. This could be difficult for some people to negotiate. All renters need to be able to climb stairs and need to be good enough friends to share a bathroom.

We liked being right on the lake. Owner thought of everything as far as stocking the home. She was super responsive when we had an internet issue.
