The Hotel is beautiful, renovated, clean, the rooms are big enough. The staff is super friendly and nice. We booked a new year eve night, the restaurant was overbooked but we could join the celebration in the bar. The restaurant/ bar is beautiful and modern, the breakfast was nice and tasty.
There is no fridge, no coffee or tea in the room, no telephone to call reception.

The location is perfect if you are arriving by train. You just walk a few feet across the plaza from the station. The staff were wonderful and speak good English.
The room did not have a microwave, probably because they want you to go to the restaurant downstairs. Charlie's is a great restaurant. Small bottles of Coke were not available. (You can buy a big one if you talk to the right guy.)
