The location, the peacefulness, the owner is very nice and will do whatever it takes to help you, The management team is also very responsive, the house reminded me of being back in the comfort of my grandparents home . WE WILL BE BACK

Not real close to downtown. Uber rides weren't to bad, met alot of nice drivers, very pleasant.

Host and house where great..... booking/reality mangment office was the worst. Was not provided correct entry code. Called customer service very slow response. Information within emails or staff office was not shared correctly and due to lack of knowledge my check in process Took 45min. ME and my family of 8 WERE waiting outside property feeling abandoned and irritated for 45min to enter property.

Also had to contact office n ask for basic details that should have been given to me....like code to enter property, wifi code, and location instructions around house(thermostat) or more about area labeled. Also was rags for dishes were folded look clean but stunk and placed in bottom drawer which add to smell.
When entering house it smelled damp most almost moldy.....after opening windows and doors fresh air helped a little. Home need dehumidifiers
