We loved the place and would go back again and would recommend it to family and friends. It was very clean, and we loved being able to sit out on the front porch and relax. I did have to learn how to get in and out of the bed as I'm only 5'2" so I couldn't sit on the end of the bed as my feet couldn't touch the floor. If you were not sitting or lying in the middle of the bed you would fall off which only happened once, other than that the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The entrance to the Boardwalk was really close but it was a long walk for me to get to the beach as I'm required by my doctors to use a walker for any distance.
I didn't like the bed as if you try and sit on the edge you would end up on the ground as it was too soft around the edges. My companion loved the bed. We also couldn't use the VCR as the remote hadn't been checked for a while and didn't work because of the corrosion from the batteries. We really didn't need it as there were so many things that kept us busy.

Shower pressure weak. Difficult to find garbage bin outside. Not sure about closing the gate.
