Great location very near downtown. Enough room for me and my wife, our daughter & 3 grandkids. House was clean and well maintained with only very minor scratches. The listing showed only 1 bathroom, but the laundry room had a sink, toilette and a shower stall making a 2nd bathroom. The kitchen had adequate dishes, pots pans and utensils. All six of us were able to eat at the dining room table. The back deck had a working gas grill and seating and there was a nice small front porch with 2 rocking chairs. WIFI was able to handle all of our devices. Great value for the money.
The driveway was steep and a bit narrow. Wish there had been another TV. The house was fine, but the back area needs grounds work. A dishwasher in the kitchen would be a great addition.

Location was perfect for our needs. Very quiet and peaceful. Adequate space for each of our party. Outdoor seating area would have been great if we had had the time to appreciate it. Enjoyed watching some of the local wildlife from the windows.
Found uneaten cheerios in couch crease as well as other unidentified item. Cleaning fee charged did NOT reflect the cleanliness of house. Apparently note was left by previous guest about bathroom door issue that was still not fixed. Steeper incline to enter the house than expected.

We appreciated the attention to detail. This property had everything we could possibly need and more.
It was a little warmer in the home than we prefer but there were fans accessible to help. The driveway is steep but manageable.

The size of the home, which was a three bedroom two bath was the perfect size to accommodate my family.
I really liked the location. It was perfect for accessing the main road.
The neighbor across the street trash was piled up and smelled so bad. - see picture.
The guest bath  shower curtain was not wide enough or long enough for the shower. You kept having to fight to keep the water from draining out onto the floor.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, especially for people with arthritis.
The rugs in the kitchen and dining room were very slick and I almost fell. They would not stay in place.
