Updated Indianapolis Home, Walk to Lucas Oil!

This was a great little place, 3 bedrooms, multiple beds in 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room - there was a rec room with a pool table and dart board that we didn't use, but it looked pretty cool. For our needs (business) the place to sleep and work (kitchen table) was great - and it was walking distance to Lucas Oil and the convention center - not a short walk, but doable. Hosts communicated well, provided the necessary information to use the facilities, so everything worked out well.

The place worked good for our needs. It would have been nice to be closer to the convention center, and the garage door remote opener was intermittent (I think batteries were going bad) - but nothing that was a big deal, the place was nice, we would use it again if available.

Nicely decorated. Clean and spacious. Nice game room. Most everything provided. Just a couple suggestions ,tissues would have been nice. We didn’t think about bringing those. If you could arrange 1 more chair in the living room.

The location and proximity to the ICC and Lucas Oil Stadium was amazing. Incredibly comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, the game room was exquisite, and the climate amenities were top notch. Heated bathroom floors! House is easy to get into and out of with personalized entry codes and garage access. Beds are comfortable and clean! Spare towels and blankets in every room and the instructions are concise and clear. Every switch labeled!

There isn't much to say about what I didn't like about the stay. Stairs to the upper floor felt a little narrow and slick so be sure not to wear socks. Had a few issues finagling the cold water in the upstairs shower, but downstairs was A-OK so it wasn't a problem.
