We recommend this place. Clean, quite. Easy to find and enter. Secure. There is no reception therefore we had to follow the instruction of the property owner. She/He is very frendily, explained us everything clearly.
We had no issue but maybe for some guests can be a problem that there is no elevator/lift for the access to 1st or second floor. You go to the rooms through the stairwell.

Everything perfect (except for 1 thing). Room, facilities, quietness, parking, location, cleanliness, coffee & tea / water boiler/ fridge included in price, price itself.
Mattress way to soft for me. I was lying on it like a banana. Meant for lighter people.

Outstanding cleanliness, good communication with the landlady until arrival, amenities, clean and fresh towels.
The noise of neighbours upstairs, problem with hot water and water pressure in the shower, pillow uncomfortable, distance of the location to the city centre. Lack of communication with the landlady during the stay (question unanswered).
