The location was perfect for a chance to unwind and enjoy peaceful time together. My children enjoyed fishing out of the river and everyone was very friendly.

Location was quiet and isolated. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. The upstairs was cozy and comfortable. I don't know if it was the bed but I slept soundly without waking up once. Well stocked kitchen with spices and dishes. Even though the shower was inconvenient, the water pressure was good and hot water was plentiful. If the full bath and kitchen were upstairs it would have been perfect. I realize that space is at a premium in old homes.
The pictures did not indicate any stairs. It appears that the upstairs was the original house and the downstairs was enclosed. Only half bath upstairs with the bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower was downstairs off the kitchen. Basically the farthest place from the bedrooms. Downstairs was dark.
