Location was great, it’s a beautiful spacious lodge, bed was lovely, love the 4 poster and the mirror. The massage chair was a nice surprise. The hot tub was great! Lovely and clean. Nice decking area. Stunning views. Lovely and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing couples holiday.
WiFi was hit n miss. Shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted , it could do with outside lights. Nice one for decking area. Porch light didn’t work.

There was everything we needed inside the cabin
Even the Hot tub temperature was perfect
One small point - the sign on the main road was difficult to see and it is only visible from one approach ( Kelty side)
If people follow the trout fishery sign, it gets you to the proper signs

Super location, the single track road that continues up the hills ..takes you to some magnificent view points,forest walks .
Couldn't find a hoover , slack spindle on decking (dog got out)

We have been a couple times now and we always enjoy our self it’s great to get away with the dog, lovely views and wildlife.
We had a couple small issues this time that we didn’t have the 1st time we stayed we paid early check in and spent the full 2 hours of the early check in trying to fix the WiFi that just didn’t work at all then through out the whole of the stay just didn’t work would only work at both of the doors so any time we had to use our phone we couldn’t sit down and relax we had to stand at the door, we also ended up with rashes due to far to much chlorine added to the hot tub due to this we had loads of bubbles in the hot tub also we feel it would be a great idea to possibly add a wee recommendations/ comment sheet to the folder as I feel it would be great for visiting customers to add what they feel could improve our stay I understand sometimes things don’t work or mistakes happens and that’s why I won’t let this affect our opinions on this place we will definitely be back again and hopefully these issues don’t repeat other then this amazing place with amazing views and wildlife and all the staff are lovely.
