В квартире было очень тепло зимой, возможность регулировать температуру самостоятельно. Горячая вода. В ванной комнате - наличие ванной. Приятное радио на кухне. Солнечные рассветы (окна на восток). Маркизы на балконе, если солнце интенсивное. Отзывчивые хозяева и домработница. Быстрая реакция на просьбы по необходимости. Самостоятельное заселение/выселение. Подземный паркинг в доме.
По прибытии мы не смогли попасть в квартиру по инструкции, высланной хозяевами, так как выяснилось, что в ней были поломки, и нас поселили в соседнюю квартиру “Mark Aurel”.
Больше всего не понравилось то, что квартира была «прокуренная», пропахлись все наши вещи. А мы - с маленьким ребёнком.
Бачок унитаза сломан, сложно остановить воду.
Внешняя раф-штора в спальне сломана, закрыта полностью. Мы оказались без дневного света. Балкон со стороны спальни не открывается.
На балконе - голубятня. Вы не сможете выспаться, так как птицы прилетают с рассветом и очень сильно шумят. Мой маленький ребёнок просыпался от этого и больше не мог уснуть.
Совершенно стандартные вещи были предоставлены в абсолютно минимальном количестве, как для одной ночи и на двоих, и нам пришлось просить о «добавке». Это впервые для нас - за такую цену жилья мы должны были просить полотенца, мусорные пакеты, моющее, туалетную бумагу… Это поставило нас в крайне неудобное положение.

Penthouse "Michelangelo" is clean, spacious, well-equipped with dishes. I really liked the comfortable king-size bed. Wifi was fast.
It was difficult to find parking.
The area for the rest on the terrace is very, very cluttered with pigeons.
