Beautiful longère located near the coastal paths. (300m)
It faces due South at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with its enclosed garden and its terrace on a 750 m2 plot. It will be ideal for holidaymakers with children.
It can accommodate between 6 and 8 people.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room, very pleasant dining room and a spacious bedroom (160 cm bed) with bathroom and dressing room.
Upstairs you will have 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The first has a 140 bed and the second has a 140 bed and 2 90 beds that can be bonded if necessary.
In this one a baby bed is also available as well as a changing table.
Ideally located, it will allow you to enjoy the whole of the Rhuys peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan and the beach, valves, the Branfèré zoo and Bernard rock ... And so many other things to do and see ...

Spacious, secure, good facilities, hot tub was a pleasant addition. very good WiFi.Lacking upstairs bedside cabinets and lights on both sides. No surface area to place clothing/toiletries in upper bathroom. Chairs too low for outdoor table. Overall would recommend this property as a holiday rental home.

Maison très lumineuse, agréable et fonctionnelle. Propreté irréprochable et emplacement parfait pour découvrir le golfe. Pistes cyclables et sentier côtier à proximité. Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour.

Propriétaires sympathiques et attentionnés.
Location toute équipée comme "à la maison"! Au calme et à proximité de bcp de balades et petites plages où ports.

Cette semaine dans le Golfe du Morbihan a été superbe.
La région est juste sublime et la maison parfaite pour se sentir chez soi après une journée passée à visiter en bateau, à pied ou à vélo.
