About this apartment rental
The apartment (21 m²) is on the ground floor and is equipped for a maximum of 2 people. Apart from a small step on the outside stairs, you do not have to overcome any obstacles, so that the apartment is also suitable for people with walking difficulties. However, the bathroom is too small for a wheelchair.
Our windows are equipped with fly screens so that you can feel safe from annoying pests in the night.
All sockets are childproof !!
The bed has a size of 1.40 mx 2.00 m. Depending on what you prefer to sleep, you have the choice of pillows in the sizes 80x80 cm or 40x80 cm.
The TV flat screen can be rotated freely and is therefore easily visible from the seating area or from the bed.
The small kitchenette is equipped with:
Electric stove with 2 hobs, mini oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, additional Dolce Gusto capsule machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc.
At least 2 people can comfortably sit at the table.
Dishwashing liquid and dish towels as well as the most important spices (salt, pepper, paprika, oil, vinegar) are also available.
So that you can arrive in peace at first, we also offer our guests a small selection of tea and coffee capsules.
Free WiFi is also available.
The bathroom:
Floor-level corner shower, rain shower and hand shower, towel radiator, hairdryer, illuminated mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space incl. Magnifying mirror.
As an additional service for all guests who want to stay longer with us or also have to stay longer at work, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available by arrangement and for a small fee.

This is a lovely little place.
Clean & tidy, kitchen is good, although when we went no restaurants open near-by.
You will need own car, parking was next to apartment, very handy. Looking on internet it says railway station, no longer runs, hence car needed.
It is near Mannhiem and many lovely villages.

Selten eine so saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden! Es war sehr schön, unserer 15 Jahre alten Hundedame hat es ebenso gut gefallen, allerdings sind wir froh das unser Hund nicht mehr ganz gut hören kann, da es in den umliegenden Weinbergen in gewissen Abständen Schiessgeräusche gibt um Tiere vom Wein fern zu halten, sonst wäre es vermutlich nicht so entspannt verlaufen. Die Wohnung hat uns ein kleines Zuhause für eine Woche gegeben und war mit allem was man brauchst ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts zu meckern :)

Very comfortable and extremely clean and fresh, had every thing we required and more. We had a very good nights sleep and awoke refreshed ready to continue our journey.
