The 70 sqm maritime furnished apartment has free WiFi and has 3 bedrooms and is located close to the beach in the immediate vicinity of the center park with a tropical swimming pool.
It is in the 3rd Floor of an apartment house (elevator available). On 70 sqm of living space you will find 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with an upholstered bed of 160cmx200cm, the third with a box spring single bed and pull-out sofa bed), a large living room with open kitchen and dining area and a spacious balcony. , In the modernly furnished living room there is a comfortable couch, LED TV, blue ray player including DVDs with various films for young and old as well as a WII game console with balance board. Various board games are available for cozy family evenings. Exciting holiday reading is also provided. The built-in kitchen has a stove with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (additionally Senseo coffee pad machine), toaster and everything that belongs to a good kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The large south / west balcony is fully furnished with a table and chairs and an electric grill is available for your grilling pleasure. A raclette and fondue device provide variety on the menu. Are you hungry? How about hearty or sweet waffles fresh from the waffle iron? You can find the right recipes in the existing cookbooks. Your car can be parked in the underground car park. A high chair, a small buggy, a foldable handcart and a travel cot are also available. WiFi is available to guests of the apartment free of charge and unlimited. The energy and final cleaning costs are included in the price. Bed linen and towel packages can be borrowed for a fee.

Diese Ferienwohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten. Sie ist perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende sowie für ein längeren Aufenthalt. Es ist mehr dort, wie man eigentlich für eine Ferienwohnung erwartet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.Ein Buggy, Bollerwagen, Reisebett und vieles mehr ist vorhanden.Für Unterhaltung von Groß und Klein ist auch an schlecht Wettertagen gesorgt.

Diese Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet . Sie ist in einer kleinen Seitenstraße - daher sehr ruhig gelegen .
Preisleistung ist super da wir für 4 Tage und 5 Personen knapp die Hälfte bezahlt haben als Im Center Park . Natürlich ist diese Wohnung aus den 80iger und nicht so top modern wie die Ferienhäuser im Center Park aber es war alles da was gebraucht wurde und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den schmalen Geldbeutel und einen spontanen Urlaub an der See eine TOP 👍🏻Alternative und Adresse . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
