About this house rental
This Lakefront home is an excellent location (MM13) having main channel view with beautiful sunrises, a protective cove great for swimming, a marina for gas (free ice) and a restaurant (both just 3 minute boat ride from our home). It is an open concept, remodeled, 3600 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, with lower-level walkout, main level and upper level. The lower level family room and bedroom walks out to a patio with hot tub, tables/chairs and Pit Boss grill, then to a landscaped lakefront yard with incredibly large dock with kitchen, tables and chairs, ex-large built-in propane grill, Kamado Big Joe and accessories, built-in cooler, under-counter refrigerator, 7 chaise lounge chairs, 2 rocking chairs, high and low swim platforms, water slide, 2 kayaks, canoe, 6-8 person paddle boat, Maui pad, fishing station, jet ski 12’x12’ lift and a 12’x26’ boat slip, all for your use. Also, a water front Martini deck with fire pit to roast your s’mores! The upper level deck has table, chairs and lounge chairs. Inside the main level of the house, there is hardwood floors through out, granite countertops, coffee station and bathrooms with custom tile and rainfall showers. The large eating area has brick fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a walnut, 5ft X 9ft custom built table that seats 14. The family room on main level has vaulted ceiling and fireplace. The lower level has a pool table, table/chairs, 6 piece modular sofa, bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator, family room, 4 full size bunkbeds and washer and dryer. Enjoy!

Its claimed to be the cheapest on the lake, free ice with a fill up of gas and beaded necklaces for children.

-Woods Supermarket is 5-10 minutes from our house in Sunrise Beach. ($10 fee to deliver groceries to the home or no charge for order pickup by downloading their app.)

Our friends/families had a great time in the Ozarks. Host was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a week. What sets this listing apart from others is the AMAZING dock. We spent every minute on the dock. Fun for all ages. It was great to have an empty boat slip to park our boat. The close marina was nice for quick fill-ups. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for some fun in the sun!

We’ve stayed there the last 3 years and love it! It’s a great place for a large family to stay. The house is big and very nice. The dock is awesome which is where we spent most of our time.

This home was perfect for our family getaway! There was so much for the kids and adults to do from sun-up to sun-down! The inside was gorgeous and had a home feel! The bunk-beds downstairs were full-size and the kids loved being down there with their own entertainment area. The outside had a variety of entertainment areas. We spent most of our time in the amazing dock and in the water. House and dock were stocked with everyday items. We made so many incredible memories and we would highly recommend staying here; we look forward to going back in our future!

Beautiful remodel home on mm13. Short distance to so many things. Great swimming area (maybe not for tiny ones, due to wake), good fishing, great restaurants in the area. Great cove to ski/tube on as well as quick access to other coves to do the same. Great walk out lot to the water. Has everything you need to do it all or nothing at all! I'm sure we'll be back!
