43 County House is a beautifully presented second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex apartment offering spacious accommodation over two floors. It has been superbly renovated to a very high standard of decoration and furnishings with great attention to detail. It is very centrally based being just outside the City walls allowing easy and quick access to the Minster (approx. 3 minutes' walk) and all the City has to offer. It comes with an allocated parking space in secure gated facilities.

Communication with Stays York was very good . Nothing was too much trouble for them .
The property was clean and well provided with essentials and a supply of tea and coffee .
The location is excellent for access to York and its many bars , restaurants and for the Christmas Market .
This was one of the quietest places we have stayed . Would recommend it for a stay in York .

We (family of four) stayed here over October half term. It is a lovely apartment in an ideal location, while pretty much everything we could need was included.
We would certainly recommend this place to others but do have some minor quibbles.
The accommodation was fairly cold, the storage heaters weren't great, so resorted to using several electric heaters.
The accommodation guidance provided was a little vague in areas. It would have been more helpful if this was more descriptive e.g. getting TV to work.
Another thought, was that, the accommodation could do with a bit of TLC. There were some superficial damage to walls etc.
