About this house rental
3 star gite of 60m² in new house (2017) completely independent located on a large plot; Ground floor, bright and accessible to people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower);
Any comfort (WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, pergola, etc.). 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 single 90 cm beds, fitted kitchen open to living room (28 m²).
Heating with pellet stove and convectors in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Room available for storing bulky objects (ski equipment, bicycle, roof box….
Possibility of loaning baby equipment
Household products available
Carport in case of snowfall and closed garage for motorcycles
Swimming allowed in the owners' swimming pool from May to the end of September.
Located in the Jura in DOYE, 3 km from Nozeroy medieval city and all its shops and services, 30 minutes from Switzerland and Lake Chalain. Between lakes and waterfalls, mountains and forests, many possible hikes and fishing nearby.
Cross-country ski trails 15 minutes away (Cerniébaud and Mignovillard)
Downhill ski slopes 30 mins (Métabief) and 45 mins (Les Rousses)
Possibility to pay with holiday vouchers
Our house being nearby, we are available to welcome you and help you if you wish to discover our beautiful region. Two binders are available to show you the hiking trails and everything there is to visit and admire.
Bed linen available (12 euros per bed). Ask for it when booking

Gite fonctionnel et propre
Propriétaires sympathiques a l écoute et disponibles. Beau terrain avec jeux d enfants.

Maison au calme, bien équipée et lumineuse.
Piscine appréciée pour se rafraîchir en cas de chaleur mais dommage de ne pouvoir se délasser sur les bains de soleil réservés aux propriétaires. Nous n'en avons d'ailleurs pas beaucoup profité nous sentons un peu de trop par la présence quasi continue des propriétaires et de leurs invités.
Tout le reste était très bien.
Idéal pour les randonnées.

Le gîte est très agréable, lumineux, confortable et calme.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets et communiquants.
Beaucoup de randonnées dans un rayon de 30 kms autour du gîte. Un classeur avec toutes les activités à faire est à disposition dans le gîte. ( rando avec carte détaillée etc...)
Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitations.

Charmante propriété très bien tenue avec de belles prestations pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Pleins de balades à faire dans le coin avec de magnifiques paysages. Propriétaires très sympathiques. A tester sans hésiter
