About this house rental
We rent a holiday home in a nature reserve near Bad Münstereifel. The house has 120 square meters of living space, four terraces and 1 hectare of meadows and forests.
The house is ideal for families with children, dogs are also welcome.
It was built in the 1960s and a short time later the area was declared a nature reserve. It is unique in nature, ideal for people who want to observe absolute tranquility, an incomparable number of birds or an extremely clear night sky.
For people who are looking for pure relaxation and who want to stay in nature - without everyday stress and urban disturbances.
The house deliberately does not have WLAN, but mobile data and network for cell phones are guaranteed.
The interior is a mixture of the 19th Century to IKEA. Everything that has accumulated over time.
Two levels:
below: kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom (2 people), hallway, storage room.
Above: Zirbelstube (completely in Swiss pine) including sink and dining table, bedroom (1 person), bathroom with shower, living room, bedroom (2 people).
Both floors have several exits to the outside on the balcony and terrace.
Rentals only after consultation and communication.

Wunderbar für Naturliebhaber gelegen. Lage mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Riesiges Grundstück mit Wald und Lichtung. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, zweckmäßig und rustikal gestaltet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld. Klare Empfehlung für einen Kurztrip in die Eifel.

Ein sehr schöner, leider etwas kurzer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Häuschen, das samt Grundstück zwar bestimmt schon bessere Tage hatte, aber einfach unfassbar schön ist. Besten Dank.

Schönes ruhiges Objekt für alle die mal komplett entschleunigen wollen. Eigentlich 5 Sterne bezogen auf Lage, Garten, Sauberkeit, Buchungsprozesses und die nette und kompetente Kommunikation. Leider (wirklich ein großes Leider) ein Stern Abzug, da das Objekt doch ein wenig Modernisierung benötigt (z. B. nicht-funktionierendes Tiefkühlfach und harkende Rollläden).
