About this villa rental
The modern, spacious and comfortable Villa Mathis.
Located just a few minutes walk from the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants ...).
It is the starting point for hikes in the surrounding countryside, the Esterel massif, the Blavet gorges and the lakes.
It is equidistant from the Maritime Alps and the Var and will be your base for visiting the Riviera and the Var hinterland.
8 Kms from Lake St Cassien (with its equipped beaches, pedal boat, fishing, windsurfing ...)
10 km from the axes distributing Nice / St-Tropez / Monaco
30 km from the beaches of Cannes and St-Raphaël
45 km from Nice Airport
Its location is ideal for golf lovers, many golf courses all around, including one of the most prestigious in the region "Terre Blanche" four season is just 5 minutes.
Villa Mathis is built on two levels (day and night), plus an independent apartment, thus respecting everyone's privacy.
The fully equipped granite kitchen (American fridge) is open to a large living room of 70 m2, very bright overlooking a wooden terrace of 30 m2, facing the swimming pool where you can have meals.
Garden furniture, table and chairs, deckchairs, parasols, are available in sufficient quantity for 8 people so that you can "laze around" on the terrace around the swimming pool.
Solar shower and barbecue also available around the pool.
Swimming pool secured by an alarm.
This villa is equipped with all the necessary comfort to meet with family or friends and enjoy the charm, authenticity and sweetness of Provence.
The land is enclosed and secured by an electric gate.

Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom (shower + 2 sinks)
Children are welcome and we provide them
2 baby cots and 2 high chairs on request when booking.

We really enjoyed our week in Saint Paul en Foret. Ideal for a family who like a quiet location but not to far from Nice, St. Tropez, Cannes etc.

Thank you Bernard for a great week. We appreciated your house very much. We loved the pool, the barbecue, the AC, the space, the beds and the 15min walk to the bakery for superb croissants and sourdough baguettes. Thanks also for being available to answer any questions and for coming to check on the pool. Would happily return for another holiday in future. Many thanks! Will

Un super séjour dans la maison de Bernard toujours dispo si on a besoin.
Une maison très agréable et très calme mais proche de tout.
