It is very central. Some of the buildings in the environment look desolate. However, I felt safe there.
The staff were very responsive to any queries.
The apartment has a washing machine with a drying function. There is also a laundry rack.
Toiletries are provided.
At some point, ash came into the apartment, from where I don't know. One evening, I also felt that my breathing was affected. Perhaps someone had made an illegal fire in the neighbourhood. I reported it to the managers and they will look into it.
The door of the shower doesn't close 100%. Therefore, some water spills onto the floor. Probably an easy fix.
It is difficult to dry the bathmat. I stayed there for seven days and after a while, the mat was soggy. Perhaps they can proivide a second one for longer stays?

The room was spacious and with a separate lihing room and kitchen area fully furnished.
The location was amazing, very near the main attractions but not in the middle of the mess and noise.
The bathroom was big and spacious and the shower was great.

The flat’s location is amazing. 20 minutes to Kallimarmaro walking, 15 minutes to Acropolis walking , plus in the street there were many restaurants and cool places to hang. Our flat was on the third floor with noise cancelling windows.
The property was quite clean and with lots of security.
There’s no reception and no option for self check in which was not clarified before booking. We took the London-Athens plane arriving 1am and was quite uncomfortable coordinating the key delivery. We told Vaios our flight number so he could track our arrival and even though the overall the communication was not bad, would much rather arrive smoothly with a self check in.
The other hiccup was the shower hot water - you had to turn on the heater 30 minutes before taking a shower which is not ideal, plus the hot water ran out after 5 minutes - not exaggerating.
