Met at the property and greeted. Shown around, with the use of everything explained and the chance to ask any questions. Also local information was provided. We used the outside BBQ hut & facilities which were all setup for us at an agreed time. Great fun. Also used the hot tub, which was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel they would have been happy to help in any way that they could.

Gorgeous Villa - well equiped and laid out. Nice to have our own space. The hosts were truly amazing, great customer service and attentive to our needs. A perfect place to spend our Christmas in the arctic!
