The property is located in Navene in a very quiet area, ideal for those who practice tennis (2 red clay tennis courts adjacent to the house), biking, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing (500 meters from the Navene sailing center and the school windsurfing and kitesurfing), 300 meters from the beach, 5 km from the historic center of Malcesine, 10 km from the thermal baths of Linfano, 60 km from the Arena of Verona.
Being close to the slopes of Monte Baldo the house enjoys a favorable climate to spend the summer holidays and pleasant temperatures in the spring and autumn. Behind the property the wood begins with paths that lead to Mount Baldo, which can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike. The cycle path that runs alongside Lake Garda begins 500 meters away.
The Morena apartment has an area of about 90 square meters on the ground floor and can accommodate 6-7 people; it has 6 beds + 1 sofa / bed + 1 cot for children up to 3 years of age; it is perfect for families with children, for people who want to enjoy the tranquility of the holiday and for sportsmen (sailors, surfers, bikers and for those who practice traditional and sport climbing, in fact we are located a few km from Arco di Trento, a town famous for this sport).
The apartment consists of an entrance lounge, a large room that includes a kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, one double and two with single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Inside, guests can benefit from a comfortable sofa / bed, a 42 "TV with satellite and digital terrestrial system, free WiFi internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothesline, a high chair for small children, an electric oven, an oven. microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer. The apartment maintains a very pleasant internal temperature.
Outside there is a porch that houses a table with umbrella and six chairs for dining in front of the garden. Available to customers one or two parking spaces inside the property closed with automatic gate, a garden with non-toxic synthetic grass for exclusive use, some deck chairs, outdoor sofas, a large atrium closed to store all sports equipment and a large lake view terrace with barbecue.

dear Walter and parents,
we were welcomed with espresso and gelato... so great....
The fridge didn't work, but already the next day (sunday) we got a new one. The appartment is very large (we only used 1 sleeping room). The terrace and another one with barbecue, everything we needed. The parents brought us wine (self made?) and your mother some roses. Fine people. Thanks for this stay, we enjoyed it very much. best regards to mum and dad.

Rightly 5 stars for this vacation.
It was a welcoming atmosphere - we found everything we needed within the appartment and the location was just right with close proximity to the lake, tennis courts and hiking paths while still being able to have quiet and relaxing dinners in the garden.
We will surely return.
