About this house rental
We invite you to come and relax at Le Grillon, our family villa located in St Aubin sur mer, the Queen of Iodine.
The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen, entrance hall, WC, dining-living room, bedroom with double bed and private shower room / WC. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) using a ramp.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, one with shower room and private terrace facing the sea, a children's room with two 90 cm beds, a second bathroom and separate toilets. Our concierge service will provide all linens (sheets, pillow cases, duvets and duvet covers, towels and tea towels). A baby cot (without sheets) and a high chair are available.
Each upstairs bedroom opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden. Connected wifi, the house has a TV in the living room, as well as in two bedrooms.
Bicycles are available, as well as nets for shrimp fishing, beach and board games. An outdoor shower is planned for the return from the beach before enjoying the barbecue with family or friends.
The proximity of shops allows you to go shopping on foot by the dike (pedestrian promenade) which runs along the beach.

Our time at this property was wonderful. It fit 7 of us, 2 of whom were seniors with mobility challenges. The location was amazing-you can walk right onto the boardwalk but it is set back so you have some privacy. Dominique was prompt to answer messages and Isabelle was flexible in working with us when our arrival was delayed. Overall, a wonderful stay!
