Beautiful Provençal and Family Mas of 160m2 with large salt pool 10mx5m and wooded park of 1800m2 in the center of the village of Paradou, charming postcard village typically Provençal in the Alpilles
On the ground floor a beautiful living room with fireplace, a large fitted kitchen and a double bedroom, all facing south with a view of the garden.
Upstairs three double bedrooms with their private bathrooms and air conditioning
In the park a pétanque court and a ping pong table, a summer lounge and a large dining table, eight sun loungers and deckchairs with a parasol around the swimming pool, bikes also available
Large closed garage with 2 spaces and 4 parking spaces outside
From the house you are 1 minute walk from the very beautiful village market every Tuesday morning, its cafe and restaurants (the famous Bistrot du Paradou, the Bistrot Castillon et Bec), a bakery, a cured butcher butcher, a small supermarket, hairdresser and beautician, two doctors and a physiotherapist
The village of Paradou is ideally located 3 minutes by car from Baux-de-Provence, 2 minutes by car from Maussane-les-Alpilles (with its large central square, its many restaurants and Pizzeria, including Pizza Brun, and its shops , tobacconists, pharmacy and its market every Thursday morning), also very close to Fontvieille and its market every Friday morning, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles and Eygalières (and its magnificent market on Friday morning), 25 mins from Avignon TGV station and 45 minutes from Marseille International Airport.
