Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection at breakfast although the coffee machine is slow. We have booked to stay here again when we return to Shkoder. The room was great, but a lot of hotels have great rooms. It was the fantastic staff that led us to make a return booking here!

One of the best hotel i have ever been in my life. The staff are the best staff you can meet they are all friendly cooperative. The location and the cleaness are superb i spent the last three night in my trip to Albania in such amazing hotel .I really highly recommend it

This is a lovely, centrally located hotel that is clean, spacious and has the most wonderful staff. I must make special mention of Yolanda, who gave me a really warm and kind reception. However, both the other ladies at reception were really friendly and helpful, too. My room was wonderful, and I was given complimentary tea, snacks, fruit and water. Complimentary water is not the norm in Albania so this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is a bit limited to cold options and I think there is room for improvement there but on the whole, this was a really good experience.
