About this house rental
Idyllically located cottage with only approx. 500 meters to the fjord at Hemmet Strand. The holiday experience will here be based on the lovely open kitchen / family room / living room. 2 skylights and wall to wall window section here provide a nice bright living space. If you really want to pamper yourself, take a trip to the outdoor spa. Covered outdoor kitchen with sunken charcoal grill. Cabinet freezer in outbuilding. Heated with air / air heat pump and wood stove. Lovely south-facing wooden terrace with good shelter on the completely undisturbed, hilly natural plot. Few hundred meters to common playground. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
