Semi-detached house. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette, lounge.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm and 1 single bed 90/190 cm), en-suite bathroom and toilet; 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm), en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Second floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm and 1 single bed 90/190 cm), en-suite shower room and toilet.
Central heating. Terrace and unfenced garden (350 m²). Storage shed available for renting the cottage for 2 people and also available as a bed and breakfast (bed and breakfast) (see listing G0604).
Pets allowed on request.
Washing machine and tumble dryer in a laundry room with outside access.
A 1.5-hectare plot of land, not adjoining the property, is located 50 meters from the cottage. There is an unfenced pond where fishing is permitted, and the property is bordered by the Orne River (fishing is allowed, but a fishing license is required).
