Amazing views, great location, quiet and peaceful.
Sofa and chairs very uncomfortable, not easy to relax in the evening after a day out, double bed to small.

Wonderful view and brilliant location Our parents being older didn’t mind the dated decor and furniture but not somewhere we could have stayed. It was very close to the big Tesco in freshwater and the town centre itself and parents enjoyed just sitting looking out to sea. Don’t think there is a better view for miles.
Dated decoration, no comfy chairs for sitting outside, and the door which is only access was really stiff - luckily we had wd40 as parents just wouldn’t be strong enough to open or close it. The toilet seat was broken and a note left to tell us with a packet of biscuits.
