Ease of check in. All the folks at the hotel were exceptionally nice.
There was not spare toiletries in the room or extra trash bags - yeah I know nit picking, Also, same folks run down every morning and throw towels on the chairs to save for the entire day.

Location..Balcony, Liked that they had restaurants and a store. Parking deck was easy to use and find a spot. Nice pools, lazy river, outside bar.
For our unit # 1234..the sofa needs to be replaced and the beds need better quality mattresses. The unit was not properly cleaned prior.

I was less than happy with cleanliness, lack of toilet paper/towels. Toilet seat felt like it was going to fall over. Fold out bed needs wiped down, and it reeked of pot and cigarettes upon arrival.
