This home has a high-bank waterfront, so if you're looking to explore the beach and search for shells, Double Bluff Beach is just a few minutes away. Pack your clubs and tee off at Useless Bay Golf & Country Club, which also has a delicious restaurant (four miles). Blooms Winery on Whidbey is a great destination for any wine lover and also offers small eats. Downtown Freeland is two miles north, where you'll find Charmers Bistro and Gordon's On Blueberry Hill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house has all the space you might need for a larger group. Also plenty of room to stretch your legs outdoors. The views are beautiful.

The house and gardens were lovely, though a bit dated. Everything was clean and well-appointed. The views from the deck were lovely and my out-of-town family was very impressed. Some work could be done to update a few of the appliances, but everything was in working order. Good spot for a larger group.

Lots of room, great kitchen, and what a view!

Pros:
- entertainingly huge
- tiny elevator provides entertainment
- three different living rooms for lounging variety
Cons:
- a few of the many light switches are installed upside down, making it harder to figure out which switch is to which light
- kitchen knives all dull
- bottom oven runs super hot
Tips:
- Not good for toddlers or small kids, there are lots of very tempting breakable decorations around and limited plastic dinnerware
- Bring games if you want them. Sometimes houses don't bother saying that they have toys and games but it turns out they actually do. This is not one of those. There's chess, scrabble, pictionary, and a jigsaw puzzle, and that's it.
- Bring wood if you want a fire in one of the stoves. There's a woodpile but it's just unsplit huge logs and no axe.
- No coffee grinder, bring pre-ground coffee
Misc:
- the mystery switch in the breakfast nook opens the skylight. Took us quite a while to figure this out.
