Location was wonderful for our needs. Grocery store and shopping within reasonable distance. The kitchen had two coffee makers, one Keurig and one drip coffee maker. It was stocked with more appliances than I have ever seen in a rental. I used the blender and the food processor. those I did not use were an Insta pot and a crockpot. Measuring cups and spoons and plenty of utensils were included in the drawers. A functioning kitchen was very important to us and we were not disappointed.
The bedrooms were very comfortable. We had someone in each one. Bathrooms were stocked well, we had sufficient linens and towels. We use the outdoor seating area every evening.
Front door was difficult to open at first, once we figured out the trick, we didn’t have as much difficulty. Doors locked fine, no security issues. Living room TV is the only one in the house and it had a blue line down the center of the screen no matter what we watched. We did not use the TV much so it didn’t bother us much.

the house was in a great neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to be near. I felt they had everything we needed for a family get together. liked having the key in a lock box. Loved the outdoor back area and covered table! overall really easy to be there. AND the beds were comfortable! that was a nice surprise!
I tried to get a hold of the manager as soon as we realized the dish washer was broken (It never worked the entire stay) which meant we did a lot of dishes during our trip! the other thing that was annoying is that there was no STRAINER. Really? the most common dish with a family would be pasta and no strainer? it is clear the house is a rental but it was overall a recommended stay!
