Good location, short walk to beach, grocery, restaurants, shops short walk across parking lot. Although we didn't use them, condo had beach towels and beach equipment available, including a large rolling cooler and insulated cooler bag. Kitchen - cooking pans clean and abundant utensils. Pool was very clean, chairs and lounges in good condition.
Musty smell during stay, likely from warm thermostat temp when not occupied during high humidity conditions. Air freshener on top of bathroom medicine cabinet completely evaporated - a small Damp-Rid canister would probably work better. Master bed mattress a bit too soft. Beds in second bedroom (bunk, twin) good for kids, short for full-size adults.

The outside & hallway are depressing. The inside was terrific. The use of the laundry room was restricted.
