Not to far away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and very affordable me and another. Got to see local bears pass by really close! (Do not approach, antagonize, or feed) some of the best sleep I’ve ever gotten

You definitely get up close to nature, got to see a mama bear and her cubs right in the “backyard”.
Parking was very inclined.

location
not very clean. Dog hair everywhere. Pulled back the comforters and a few of the beds had dirt on the sheets. grill had not been cleaned and ashes left in it. Remote for the downstairs TV had issues. Remote for downstairs TV had no batteries in it. Loft TV had no remote. Air conditioning unit in law of leaked water on the floor and there was a towel already there to collect water. A lot of the dishes we used were not clean. We had to wash any dish that we wanted to use before we could use it. it’s obvious that the cleaning staff just hit the high spots and that was it. not sure if the bedding in a couple of the beds was ever washed.
