When we arrived, we could not get into the unit. Once we got in contact with our host, she verified the lock combo and let us into the house. We had no more problems the rest of the weekend.
The hot tub was a plus. It was so relaxing to sit in that after a long day.
If I could make a couple of suggestions...a hand rail for the steps leading into the house. I have bad knees and it was a struggle each time going in and out of the house. The second one, is to say where the garbage cans are. I looked all over and didn't see them.

The house was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful. The home was decorated very nice.
There was hair everywhere. Needed to be vacuumed. The BBQ was dirty. Had to throw away someone else BBQ mess. But the bedrooms with both having its own bathroom was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice. We enjoyed our trip

good location and clean loved the community
door lock issue that manager addressed Wi-Fi and cable stopped working which was addressed hot tub circuit board malfunction big time
