Peaceful Retreat on 10 Acres < 7 Miles to La Push

This was our 3rd time staying at this property with family and it was, once again, an incredible experience. The cabin is huge, both the inside and outside areas, and perfect for larger groups (we had 4 adults and 2 kids on this trip, and in the past had an even larger group). The home is cozy, clean, has everything you need and then some. You also can't beat the location. Only 10 minutes from downtown Forks, so getting groceries is a breeze, and then only 10 minutes from our favorite beach, Rialto. We checked the tide charts to go there on low tide and walked all the way to Hole in the Wall (gorgeous!), but the real destination for us were the amazing tidepools. If you love marine life, this is a must! We already can't wait to go back and actually already have booked this rental in July for another family visit.

Everything was perfect, honestly. Like I said, this was our 3rd stay here and it couldn't have gone any better.

It was a beautiful property, a farmhouse. The owners took care of all the little things. It was impeccably clean. Little touches, like welcome snacks with a welcome message. They even stocked water bottles for emergency use. There was a S’mores basket, which we didn’t use but it was thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a very private space because of the trees all around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This whole house, location and landscaped yard and surrounding woods was perfect for our family. It was storm season but there's always blue sky in between the wind, rain and hail storms. Super cozy inside with plenty of books, games, warmth, and big windows. Host(s) thought of everything to create a home away from home. A cook's kitchen complete with s'mores basket ready for a campfire along with a waffle maker with all the ingredients supplied. We love our NW Coasts and know the changing weather, so this is close to our favorite hikes and made for a stress-free getaway. We'll be back!
