About this house rental
Holiday house with a view of Schmalkalden. You live in the countryside with a large garden and hiking opportunities from the property. The Ehrental forest restaurant and the game reserve there can be reached on foot in half an hour, the Mommelstein cycle path is only a few minutes away. In 15 minutes on foot you are in the city center, on the historic Altmarkt or at the Wilhelmsburg Palace, in half an hour by car on the Rennsteig. Nearby is the swimming pool nearer silence.
The living room
Modern bungalow with large garden and lawn terrace in the open. A fireplace and underfloor heating are available for cooler evenings. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room, bathroom and toilet are separate. On the first floor, a balcony offers a wonderful panoramic view of Schmalkalden and the surrounding area. The front of the house on the ground floor is fully glazed in the direction of Schmalkalden, so that you can enjoy a beautiful view at breakfast.
In the heating season, gas consumption (according to gas meter) is charged extra!
Access for guests
The entire bungalow and garden are at your disposal.
From Dec.-March winter equipment is required!
Other important information
The bungalow is not suitable for small children due to the space-saving staircase. For children from approx. Primary school age is not a problem.
The bungalow cannot be reached by public transport.
