Conforme au descriptif, un petit studio bien équipé. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
L espace extérieur est aussi tout petit et clos.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait (tout près du centre ville de Ouistreham et pas loin du port). Tout petit mais très bien équipé et espace optimisé. Table basse réglable en hauteur bien adaptée au logement. La petite terrasse doit être appréciable à la belle saison. Bonne literie.
RAS. Les commentaires sur l'emplacement de la TV sont compréhensibles mais il n'y a guère d'autre solution adaptée au logement.
