The aptly named "villa in front of the islands" awaits you in Le Lavandou for relaxing holidays, family reunions or beautiful holidays with friends.
It comfortably accommodates 2 or 3 families with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an independent studio on the garden level, a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces, a solarium in the fantastic view, a shaded terrace, a bowling green. The garden is welcoming with its tree-lined terraces and old mimosa, cypress and cork oak trees.
All 400m from the port, beaches and shops.
Everything is accessible on foot!
The golden islands, the beautiful beach of St Clair via the customs path, the beaches and the Fort de Bregançon, the good wines of the Londe, the good restaurants on the seafront, the lively bars of the port .. without traffic jams!
You have the old village of Bormes, St Tropez, the beaches of Cavalaire, the salt flats or the old town of Hyères, the Var hinterland for an active or relaxing holiday according to your tastes!
The house is air conditioned and was completely renovated in 2018.

This property is in an amazing location with great views. Everything you need is there and cooking dinner on the terrace is a treat. La Lavandou has a number of beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants, when you want to go out. We are thinking of booking again for next year.

We have spent a month travelling around France and this is our favourite place. Gorgeous villa in a cute seaside town. As a family of 4 we only used upstairs. It was great to have a washing machine and we used the bbq in the balcony. The views are amazing and we would come back.

We had a wonderful time in Le Lavandou. The villa was lovely with all the facilities anyone could wish for and conveniently located for the beach and shops. There is a steep hill to get to the villa which is fine for fit adults and youngsters but difficult for little children. The property manager Mathieu was professional and helpful and responded to our queries promptly.
We highly recommend a stay at this the villa and would happily come back again. Thank you.

We were delighted with the Villa. The hosts were very responsive and the concierge was very accommodating. The pool was very welcome and we particularly enjoyed the views from the rooftop and terraces. There were lots of options for dining in Le Lavandou and we discovered St Clair beach which was a gem! The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing we wished we had were towels for the pool and beach.
