New amenities in 2025, snack bar, splash pad, adult pool, bar. This professionally decorated, 27th floor unit has 12' ceilings and sleeps 12. Great ocean views! Newly painted, and renovated. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals comes with complete kitchen, stocked full & including a Keurig coffee maker. Three bedrooms each with private attached bath, and a 4'th full bath behind the kitchen so very convenient to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed which opens with French doors to the dining area, making it an ocean front view. Full bathroom attached with jacuzzi, walk in closet and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. The building is very family oriented with indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, water slide and Lazy River. During summer season, preference given to 4 or more nights.
Parking up to two cars $60/car one time fee. Amazing view and overral our stay was very good. Had a few concerns but Patricia answered all of our questions incredibly quick! She was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again.
