Cute double room with a spacious shower area, highly comfortable box spring bed, TV, WiFi, refrigerator, desk and sitting area. Right next door you have access to the FUTTERKAMMER with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking yourself and several cozy table groups. Ideal for a short vacation on the Main or for the business traveler who wants to do his work on site for a long time.
Live like at home - temporarily. The Anno Domini 1716 itself consists of 2 building ensembles - the courtyard stables, an over 300 year old half-timbered barn and the manor house with a distinctive half-timbered design. Both were purchased by us at the beginning of 2018 and brought up to the latest standard in a complex construction. The property was completely gutted, the trusses were refurbished and a total of 10 perfectly tailored, climatic well-being units were prepared using only biologically selected and natural materials. The outer facade has been preserved, including the wood-clay compartments and the masonry made of natural bricks behind it. Inside, a purely natural insulation plaster and insulation materials were used to ensure a perfect climate, the expansion itself was carried out with sand-lime brick and in a wooden construction. The apartments themselves are perfect for self-catering with cozy. comfortable double bed suitable for allergy sufferers, spacious shower / toilet, full kitchenette, WiFi and TV / radio and some with large balcony. The courtyard offers storage facilities for bicycles, vehicles can be parked in the underground car park, which is monitored around the clock, 3 minutes away. In Wagnergasse itself there is only destination traffic, which guarantees an incomparably pleasant calm in the middle of the city center.
Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
