Great house, plenty of room and good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, points of interest ,bus stop etc. As pre warned parking is a challenge need to move rubbish bins to park. Only reason it got an 8 rather than a 10,

We have booked this twice now for extended family because it is spacious, has parking, is well located, and has privacy. It is a superb base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area.

Fantastic location - close to both harbour area and West cliff. On site secure parking is a big bonus.
Comfortable & clean although one of the bed matresses in the twin bedroom could do with being replaced as the springs are uncomfortable. Otherwise the property was very good value for money for our family of seven people and I have no hesitation in recommending.
